We’re John and Raygan Hunt — married for a little over 10 years and proud parents to four kids, three dogs, and more cows (plus a few exotic animals) than we can keep track of. Born and raised in Gatesville, Texas, it’s still the place we call home and the heart behind everything we do.
John has owned and operated his own business for more than 30 years, while Raygan spent nearly two decades working in the chemical and industrial supply industry. Between the two of us, we’ve always believed in hard work, quality products, and building something that truly lasts.
84 Luxe started on a whim — and a whole lot of curiosity. For years, Raygan sold industrial deodorizers to customers and used them in our own home. Over time, customers began asking for something different — fragrances that felt elevated, unique, and more refined than the typical citrus or clean linen scents available on the market. When suppliers couldn’t provide what they were looking for, Raygan decided to create it herself.
After ordering a few fragrance oils and a room spray base, she started experimenting. The results were a hit — first with industrial customers, then with friends and family. We entertain often, and without fail, guests would ask, “What is that smell?” and “Where can I buy it?” What started as “something I sell to my industrial customers” quickly turned into requests to purchase it directly.
Before we knew it, a small side hustle was born. One fragrance turned into several. Friends told friends. Customers began requesting custom scent profiles. Weekend trade shows followed, then placement in local boutiques, and eventually our website and TikTok shop. Just like that, 84 Luxe became a reality.
Today, our goal is simple:
To provide high-quality products, unique and memorable fragrances, and a luxury experience at an affordable price — all inspired by the life we live and the home we love.
